Step 1: About 500g pumpkin, wash and cut into pieces
Step 2: 4-5 garlic cloves, wash and dice

Step 4: add pumpkin and stir fry until fragrant

Step 6: after the pumpkin is soft, open the lid, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, finally put the remaining garlic in step 3, stir fry, start the pot, super simple garlic pumpkin, finished!

Note: pumpkin to pick close to the skin part is cyan, this is more sweet. This dish is simple and fast. For office workers like me, when I get home from work, I can simply make a meal. I like it very much!
