Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak glutinous rice in water for three hours.
Step 2: wash and peel the lotus root, and cut it more than 2cm from one end.
Step 3: put the lotus root in the bottle, put the small funnel in the lotus root hole, take the rice, put the rice, and use the bamboo stick to insert the rice continuously.

Starch: right amount
Brown sugar: 4 tbsp
Rock sugar: 3 tbsp
Note: 1. When selecting lotus root, both ends should not leak, and the lotus root should be big, round and straight. But don't be too big, or you can't put it in the pressure cooker. 2. Be sure to fix the toothpick firmly so that it won't fall off easily during cooking.
