Cooking in casserole
Introduction:
"Cooking in a casserole is back to nature, and it's neither time-consuming nor time-consuming. The cooked rice is more fragrant."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the rice and soak it for 1 hour. Drop one or two drops of oil in the casserole, and brush the bottom and edge of the casserole with a thin layer of oil.
Step 2: put in the soaked rice and add water (water can be less than boiled rice). Start the fire and schedule for 15 minutes. (now we can cook on one side)
Step 3: about seven or eight minutes to boil (you can see the air coming from the outlet hole), turn the heat down.
Step 4: turn off the fire in 15 minutes. The casserole still sits on the stove for more than ten minutes, and don't open the lid of the casserole, let it warm again. When the dishes are ready, the rice can be eaten.
Step 5: I use the electric stove. I think the induction cooker should be OK. I haven't tried a LPG furnace. It's hard to say whether it's OK or not, because this kind of furnace has a small fire in the middle when it has a small fire stop, so the fire may be too concentrated. The old method is to turn the pot by hand and let each side burn.
Materials required:
