Dumplings with leek
Introduction:
"I didn't know how to make dumplings before, so I had to go to the restaurant to eat them. Ha ha, not now. Since I learned how to make dumplings with a Taiwanese wife, I began to make them myself. In fact, making dumplings is not difficult at all, and it can be said that it is very easy. Here's how I make dumplings. If you're interested, try it. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the leek and remove the hard white stem.
Step 2: cut into about 1 inch.
Step 3: put the leeks into a big bowl first, then put down the minced meat, appropriate amount of salt and MSG.
Step 4: mix well and set aside. (usually I put the leeks for a long time to make them soft. It's better to wrap them.)
Step 5: take a piece of dumpling skin and put it in the palm of your hand, with a spoonful of meat in the middle.
Step 6: wet the dumpling skin with your fingers, fold it in half, press the arrow in the middle, and don't touch the two sides.
Step 7: fold the leather on the front side inwards for 3 small folds, and then stick them together with the leather on the back. Fold the leather on the other side inwards for 3 small folds, and stick them together with the leather on the back.
Step 8: make leek dumplings.
Step 9: usually I will make more flour into the box, then spread a piece of paper, cover it and put it in the refrigerator to freeze. When you want to eat it, just blanch it in boiling water.
Step 10: bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch until the dumplings float. It will take more than five minutes.
Step 11: drop a few drops of sesame oil on the plate and mix the boiled dumplings on it.
Step 12: don't forget to dip this "Ginger sweet vinegar" when eating. The taste will be more delicious.
