Boiled shrimp without water
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: half a catty of prawns, four shallots and a small piece of ginger
Step 2: turn down the heat, add 3 tbsp cooking wine into the pot, add 1 tbsp sea salt, 2 tbsp sugar, 4 scallions, and 1 small piece of ginger,
Step 3: pour in the shrimp;
Step 4: cover the pan, turn to medium heat, about three minutes, open the pan, then all the prawns turn red,
Step 5: put in the scallion section, stir fry for half a minute and serve.

Prawn: 250g
Shallot: Four
Ginger: a small piece
Cooking wine, salt and sugar: right amount
Note: Seafood itself with water, blanching can be less water as far as possible less water; sugar can adjust the taste
