Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the soybeans thoroughly
Step 2: add pepper, seasoning, salt and water to the soup pot and cook for 5 minutes. Cool in the basin and soak in soybeans for 24 hours
Step 3: take out the soybeans, pick out the dead soybeans and dry them in the air (especially dry), heat them in a frying pan, add a small amount of soybean oil, heat the oil and stir fry the soybeans over low heat
Step 4: stir fry until the soybeans become smaller and deeper. Take them out of the pot and let them cool before eating

Salt: right amount
Note: it is suggested to put more salt in the water to soak soybeans, which is easy to taste (depending on personal taste). When frying, keep turning over small heat
