Production steps:
Step 1: melt chocolate and butter in hot water
Step 2: sift the powdered sugar and flour in batches in the melted chocolate and stir evenly;
Step 3: break up the eggs and yolks and pour them into the chocolate batter in batches
Step 4: mix well
Step 5: grease the mold
Step 6: sprinkle flour
Step 7: preheat the oven to 200 ℃. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 10 minutes,

Low gluten flour: 70g

Note: 1. It seems quite simple. The amount of such raw materials is about 6-7. It is recommended to use a separate small mousse mold, bake it and put it on the plate. (I don't have a separate mold, I can only use this conjoined one) 2. According to the size of the mold, I may have to adjust the baking time accordingly. Because my mold is relatively small, the minimum baking time should not be less than 10 minutes. It is recommended to adjust it within 10-15 minutes (the cake surface becomes solid).
