Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients of the pizza (4 8-inch): 600g high-grade flour, 5g yeast, 330ml warm water, 40g olive oil, 10g salt
Step 2: mix yeast with warm water
Step 3: mix the high-grade flour and yeast water, add olive oil and salt, and knead into smooth dough
Step 4: keep beating the dough until smooth, roll it into a round shape, put it in a container, cover it with plastic film for fermentation (in cold weather, you can sit in a basin of hot water, or directly ferment in the fermentation function of the oven), until the dough is fermented to twice the original size
Step 5: take out the dough that has been fermented for the first time, divide it into four small dough with the same amount (in the picture, I made three small dough for the first time, and I feel that the skin is a little thick), roll them into balls, cover them with plastic film and ferment them for the second time, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 6: roll the fermented dough into a round thin crust. If you like the one with thick edge, you can roll the edge thicker and fork out small holes on the dough evenly. (in the picture, I have frozen it. If you want to eat it, you can take it out at any time.)
Step 7: there's no sauce. If you don't have one, do it yourself: chop the onion and tomato separately. Pour olive oil into the pot, add onion powder and stir fry until the onion is golden. Add diced tomato and continue to stir fry. Add tomato sauce, salt, basil, black pepper and a little water to make a thick sauce
Step 8: rub a little butter on the bottom of the baking pan and put on the crust. Then pour the sauce on the crust.
Step 9: sprinkle a little mozzarella on the sauce
Step 10: pour olive oil into the pan, add bacon and ham, and when it turns white, add onion. If it's a little golden, add colored pepper, a little black pepper and salt. Finally, put the fried pizza on the crust
Step 11: sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on the pizza filling.
Step 12: preheat the oven, bake 200 degrees up and down, evenly brush a layer of whole egg liquid on the outer crust of the pizza, send it to the middle layer of the oven and bake for 20 minutes, take it out at about 16 minutes, then sprinkle some shredded cheese, you can take it out and eat
