Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: soak hairy silk in water for 1 hour in advance.
Step 3: wash the carrot and cut into shreds.
Step 4: wash coriander and cut into pieces.
Step 5: peel the garlic, chop it up and put it into a small bowl.
Step 6: add water into the pot, bring to a boil, and then blanch with the sea hair and carrot shreds.
Step 7: blanch the shredded carrots directly into the cold water to cool.
Step 8: remove and drain the water.
Step 9: add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to garlic bowl.
Step 10: start another pot, add oil, heat and saute hot pepper.
Step 11: stir chili oil into garlic sauce while it's hot.
Step 12: drain the water into a bowl of hairy silk, add coriander, pour pepper and garlic oil.

Note: hairy hair bubble time can be adjusted according to their own taste. Like crispy hard can shorten the foam time.
