Cooking oil: 1 tbsp

Note: chopped pepper and steamed fish soy sauce contain salt, so no more salt is needed. Steam for 3-5 minutes, then simmer for another minute. Otherwise, the shrimp will get old after steaming for a long time, and the towel gourd cup will be too soft to stand.
