Production steps:
Step 1: cut the pork into small pieces, soak the shrimps in Microsoft and dice them, then cut the garlic into small pieces.
Step 2: put the potatoes into a pressure cooker, add a little water (less than half of the potatoes) and steam them. Heat them to the top, then turn them to the bottom and press them for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3: peel the cooked potatoes while they are hot, cut them into thick slices, and grind them into mud one by one with the back of a knife.
Step 4: add a little oil in the hot pot and stir fry the shrimps until fragrant.
Step 5: mix the shrimps with oil, potatoes, pork and garlic.
Step 6: add sweet potato powder and mix well.
Step 7: add fish sauce (salt is also acceptable), pepper and MSG and mix well.
Step 8: add a small amount of oil to make the taste smoother.
Step 9: use plastic film or oil paper to make mashed potatoes into strips.
Step 10: Boil the water in the pot, steam it over medium heat for about 15 minutes, use chopsticks to insert it to see if it is still raw.
Step 11: steam well, cool, refrigerate, slice and fry until crisp.
