Fried New Year cake with winter bamboo shoots, sauerkraut and shredded pork
Introduction:
"I prefer pasta. I often eat new year cake. I think it's the best one in Zhuji."
Production steps:
Step 1: a little sauerkraut, shredded tenderloin and winter bamboo shoots, marinated with a little cooking wine, soy sauce and salt for 5 minutes.
Step 2: put oil in the hot pot, stir fry the shredded winter bamboo shoots with oil, take out the shredded meat when it's ripe, put the seasoning used in pickling into the pot, stir fry the shredded meat with the remaining oil until it changes color, and stir fry the shredded winter bamboo shoots, sauerkraut and rice cake.
Step 3: add a little water, cover the pot, until the rice cake is soft and juicy, sprinkle some salt and monosodium glutamate, then leave the pot.
Materials required:
New Year cake: one
Shredded pork: right amount
Winter bamboo shoots: right amount
Sauerkraut: moderate
Cooking wine: a little
Veteran: a little
Salt: right amount
MSG: right amount
Note: when marinating the tenderloin, I have used the old soy sauce, so I don't need to put it in the subsequent frying. (it's OK to use the raw soy sauce, the usage is the same). I like the dark one, so I use the old soy sauce. The last salt should be put less, because the salt used in the front of the bacon is too light, just to add a little saltiness
Production difficulty: simple
Process: firing
Production time: 10 minutes
Taste: salty and fresh
