Curry Beef
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut 500g beef brisket into small pieces about 2cm and clean it.
Step 2: cook the beef in cold water and blanch it. Boil the water and cook the beef slightly. Remove the beef and clean it. Control the moisture. Note and prepare Zanthoxylum, star anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves.
Step 3: put the beef into the electric pressure cooker, add the right amount of water, add the right amount of rice wine, ginger slices (forget to pat), add all the spices. Adjust the pressure cooker to the ribs.
Step 4: end the electric pressure cooker procedure, cook the beef until crisp.
Step 5: take out the beef and remove all the spices.
Step 6: cut potatoes, peppers, onions and carrots into small pieces. Heat up the skillet, add proper amount of salad oil, add onion and stir until fragrant, add potatoes, carrots and pepper and stir well.
Step 7: add beef and stir well. Add beef soup, seasoning with salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until potatoes and carrots are medium rare.
Step 8: add 3 curry cubes, keep stirring, and continue to cook until the potatoes are soft and sticky.
Step 9: add chopped chives before turning off the heat.

Precautions: 1. Stewing beef with pressure cooker can save time and effort, and have plenty of time. Stewing beef with low heat in the stew pot can make it taste better. 2. After adding curry, keep stirring over low heat to avoid paste.
