Production steps:

Step 2: dice pork, mushroom, water bamboo, carrot and dried sesame

Step 16: Fry one side, then turn over the other side, fry both sides, put them in a small bowl, and put some glutinous rice in the middle
Step 17: first buckle a flat plate on the small bowl, then turn it upside down to make the small bowl buckle on the plate (as shown in the figure)
