Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: mix flour with water to make a thin batter, then add salt and fish sauce to mix well.
Step 2: stuffing: 1. Mince the mint, mince the beef, beat the eggs with a little salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and water (because they are leftover eggs, so I fry them and chop them up); 2. Season the mint and beef with salt and sugar, mix them well and put them aside.
Step 3: add a little oil to the pan, then pour in the batter and spread it evenly.
Step 4: evenly pour in the egg liquid (my eggs are mixed with mint and beef), and then sprinkle the stuffing made in step 2.
Step 5: turn on the medium heat and roll up the egg liquid after it solidifies.

Step 7: This is my lovely wild mint. I heard my mother say it's grown next to a friend's house. It's a kind of wild vegetable.
