Production steps:
Step 1: cut the Buddha melon hand into shreds, blanch it with water and take it out.
Step 2: blanch the shredded carrots.
Step 3: cool the two threads.

Step 5: add shrimp oil.
Step 6: add pepper oil.
Step 7: add white vinegar and salt.
Step 8: mix well.

White vinegar: right amount
Zanthoxylum oil: right amount
Note: chayote and carrot can be slightly blanched.
