Fried eggs with chrysanthemum leaves
Introduction:
"I bought a handful of chrysanthemum. This is the fourth dish made with it. The stems are used for frying, and the leaves can't be wasted. It's a side dish with yellow eggs."
Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the chrysanthemum leaves in hot water.
Step 2: take out the cold water, squeeze the water, use a knife to cut a few times, cut the red pepper into thin circles.
Step 3: beat the eggs.
Step 4: stir fry.
Step 5: put proper amount of oil in the pot, add red pepper ring and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 6: add chrysanthemum leaves.
Step 7: stir fry.
Step 8: add the scrambled eggs.
Step 9: stir well, add salt and seasoning.
