Stewed spareribs with red dates and lotus root
Introduction:
"I found a few ribs in the refrigerator, which I used to cook earlier, leaving only the side bone. I used it to stew with lotus root and red dates. Unexpectedly, my husband ate only one rib, but he ate all the lotus root."
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the ribs in cold water for about an hour, and change the water several times.
Step 2: pour the ribs and cold water into the pot and bring to a boil until the meat turns white. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: peel the lotus root and cut it into large pieces.
Step 4: put the boiled spareribs and lotus root into the pressure cooker with water.
