Braised noodles with beans
Introduction:
"I ate it in Yanqing many years ago. The local noodles are naked oats, which seems to be the characteristic food of Yanqing. There are some noodles and beans left at home. I tried to make them and they taste good."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the beans and cut them into strips, or cut them into inch segments directly
Step 2: shred scallion and slice ginger
Step 3: shred the meat (I used the fried saozi, but I didn't take a picture)
Step 4: add oil into the pan, stir fry shredded meat to change color, then add onion and ginger, then add beans, stir fry until the beans become soft, add five spice powder, ginger powder and pepper powder.
Step 5: add water to just submerge the dish, bring to a boil, add salt and soy sauce (you can also add raw soy sauce, light color only). Don't add too much water. I have a little too much water. I pour out half a bowl again.
Step 6: I forgot to take pictures in this step. After boiling, sprinkle the noodles on it, turn to the minimum heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes; turn the noodles over with chopsticks (only turn the noodles over, don't turn the dishes together), and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the noodles are well cooked (bite open the noodles without white core).
Materials required:
Noodles: 400g
Beans: 300g

Note: beans are poisonous when eaten raw, so be sure to fry them soft and add water to make sure they are well cooked.
