Production steps:
Step 1: prepare two main ingredients.
Step 2: cut the minced pork into small cubes.
Step 3: cool the oil in the pot, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 4: add minced pork and stir fry until cooked.
Step 5: add bean paste, Mapo bean curd and sugar, stir well.
Step 6: add a proper amount of water, just over the minced meat, cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. When the soup is thick, add red pepper and chicken essence to make the sauce.
Step 7: cut lactone tofu into neat thin slices.
Step 8: stack the tofu neatly in the plate, leaving a round space in the middle.
Step 9: boil water in the pot, add tofu and steam for 2 minutes.
Step 10: pour out the excess water in the tofu plate and spread the fried meat sauce in the center of the tofu.
Step 11: Sprinkle chopped scallion and red pepper on the surface.

Materials required:
Lactone tofu: a box
Minced pork: 80g
Scallion: 1 teaspoon
Red pepper: 1
Minced garlic: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 / 4 teaspoon
Chicken essence: quarter spoonful
Bean paste: 2 teaspoons
Mapo Tofu: 2 teaspoons
Note: 1. If you can't buy lactone tofu, you can use tender tofu instead; 2. Don't steam tofu for too long. If you steam it thinly for 2 minutes and thickly for 3 minutes, the tofu will get old after steaming for a long time. 3. Steamed tofu has water vapor. Pour out some of it and put in the meat sauce. Otherwise, the tofu will taste very light. 4. When frying meat sauce, the combination of Douban sauce and Mapo Tofu tastes better. You can also use only one of these two condiments.
