Milk strawberry mousse

Last week, I wanted to make a cake for PP's birthday, but it didn't succeed. I couldn't demould it. The omelet was too soft. It was a real disappointment... Yesterday, XiuXiu helped to buy a jin of fresh strawberries, I put it in the refrigerator in a hurry. After work, it was almost completely frozen. Oh, it turned out that strawberries could not be put in the refrigerator. It was afraid of freezing. So I quickly made a cake. This time, all strawberries and milk were used to make mousse. Because there were so many ingredients, I made a round and a square. As a result, both of them were very successful
Production steps:

Step 4: make strawberry juice with strawberry and 150ml milk. (if the strawberries are not sweet enough, add a little sugar powder)
Step 5: soak the fish glue powder with boiling water, fully dissolve it without particles. Cooling standby
Step 6: beat the cream on ice until it reaches about 7, and it can flow. (it's warm in the south, and the cream needs to be separated from the ice to get better)

Step 8: strawberry juice + cooled gelatin powder + Whipped Cream + vanilla powder, stir well to make mousse sauce.
Step 9: cut the cake into two pieces according to the size of the mold, first pad one piece at the bottom, and then spread with mousse sauce. Gently flatten and add another piece of cake. Continue to drizzle it with mousse sauce. After that, it should be smoothed and refrigerated for more than 4 hours.
Step 10: add a little water to QQ sugar, dissolve it into sugar water, cool it down and pour it on the frozen cake. Put it back in the refrigerator and refrigerate for another 30 minutes. Take it out and blow it around with a blower for about one minute.
Step 11: because there are many materials, we make a square mousse out of the extra.
Step 12: it's not beautiful because there are no flowers on the cake. But the taste is really good, not very sweet, strawberry flavor is very strong, very fragrant.
Materials required:
Low powder: 100g
Powdered sugar: 100g
Strawberry: 450g
Milk: 250ml
Eggs: 6 (small)
Fish glue powder: 20g
Boiled water: half small bowl
Grape flavor QQ sugar: 2 packets
Vanilla powder: 1 small spoon
Note: the amount of fish glue powder should be controlled well. It doesn't matter if it is too much. At most, the sauce solidifies rapidly. If you don't have a cake, it won't solidify and it won't succeed.
