Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients. I use mixed ribs here, because this is the only one at home today:) if there are sub ribs, it would be better
Step 2: wash the spareribs, put them into the pot and over water
Step 3: after the water boils, there will be a lot of froth, you see, it's dirty
Step 4: wash away the froth and put it into the pot again. Add a little ginger and a small spoon of cooking wine. Cover the pot and cook until the pressure cooker is filled with gas. Then cook over medium heat for 20 minutes
Step 5: cut the radish and yam into small pieces
