[homemade honey red beans] - sweet and happy taste
Introduction:
"I believe everyone who loves delicious food knows the nutrition of red beans very well. It is not only used to cook porridge, but also used to make moon cakes, bread, hair cakes, snacks and so on. When you drink porridge and yogurt, you can add some in the bowl, which not only adds color, but also increases nutrition. Honey red beans can be bought on the market, but the taste is incomparable with those made by myself. Moreover, every one made by myself is smooth and full, and it is added with solid white sugar instead of sodium cyclamate. In addition, it does not add any preservatives. You can make as much as you eat and then make it after eating. Because it's no trouble making honey red beans. "
Production steps:
Step 1: soak red beans in water overnight, remove bad beans and wash.
Step 2: add appropriate amount of water into the pot, add the soaked red beans, and cook until the water boils, then cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 3: remove. (this step is like blanching water when we cook, which can effectively remove the beany smell, and the rest is the sweet smell of red beans.)
Step 4: pour the washed red beans into the casserole (you can also use the pressure cooker without casserole), and then add some water again. The amount of water should be less than 1 cm above the height of red bean
Step 5: cover and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 40 minutes.
Step 6: boil until there is no water in the pot, turn off the heat.
Step 7: spread the cooked red beans evenly into the container, one layer of red beans and one layer of white sugar. (the amount of sugar depends on your preference, but not too much is recommended.)
Step 8: cover, cool and refrigerate overnight.
