Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the material and set aside.
Step 2: slice pork and mix with 1 teaspoon corn starch.
Step 3: put proper amount of oil into the pot, add garlic and saute until fragrant.
Step 4: add dried pepper and pork slices to stir fry until fragrant.
Step 5: stir fry carrot and Douchi until fragrant for 2 minutes.
Step 6: stir fry the peas for 2 minutes. If it's dry, add 3 tbsp of water to stir fry.

Note: 1. Corn starch can make meat taste more tender. 2. Douchi is salty, so no seasoning is needed.
