Korean bibimbap (simple version)
Introduction:
"I'm at home by myself. I'm lazy. I don't want to cook and I want to satisfy my stomach. What should I do? Cough... Cough... Cough... A Korean bibimbap will take care of you! "
Production steps:
Step 1: first, blanch the prepared bean sprouts, spinach and Flammulina velutipes in boiling water, and dry them. Then shred the Korean radish and Marco Polo sausage. (it's better to change the knife for blanched spinach, otherwise it's too long.)
Step 2: pour proper amount of sesame oil into the pot to preheat, then put in the prepared rice, cover the pot and turn off the fire when you hear the Zizi sound. (at this time, the rice is already very fragrant) put the heated rice into the container and spread it evenly, including spinach, bean sprouts, Korean radish, Marco Polo sausage and Flammulina velutipes.
Step 3: heat the pan, add a little oil, beat an egg and fry it over low heat until it's half cooked. The yolk will flow down. (I think it's not good to eat it with rice when the fried eggs are well cooked)
Step 4: spread the fried egg on the top of the dish, and finally pour on the Korean beef sauce to enjoy it!
Step 5: spread the fried egg on the top of the dish, and then pour it with Korean beef sauce
Step 6: do you have a good appetite after mixing?
Materials required:
Rice: for one person
Spinach: moderate
Flammulina velutipes: right amount
Marco Polo sausage: 1
Bean sprouts: moderate
Korean radish: right amount
Egg: one
Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Korean beef sauce: right amount
Note: the dishes in bibimbap can be adjusted according to personal taste. The best sauce for bibimbap is Korean sweet chili sauce, which will taste better. When frying rice, I personally think that we can use some sesame oil in many ways. First, it can prevent sticking to the pot. Second, the rice will be more fragrant when fried, and it will be very good when mixed.
