Production steps:
Step 1: peel the taro first, cut it into long strips as big as the tail finger, and wash it well
Step 2: take out the egg yolk, add custard powder and raw powder to mix the slurry
Step 3: pour in the cut taro, stir well, and then coat with cornstarch
Step 4: heat the oil in a hot pan until 70% of the heat. Pour down the wrapped taro and fry it slowly over medium heat. When the taro is floating on the oil surface, turn to high heat and fry it for 1 minute. Remove the taro to control the oil.
Step 5: heat the oil and add 100g sugar.
Step 6: stir fry the sugar into golden sugar glue.
Step 7: pour in the fried taro and stir fry.
Step 8: Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly and put them into the prepared dish. When the taro is cooled, put them on the plate and sprinkle with scallion
