Production steps:
Step 1: first, boil the jujube until it is soft and rotten, remove the jujube mud, remove the jujube skin and seed, and boil the jujube water for use;
Step 2: put the walnut kernel into the blender and add water to make walnut pulp;
Step 3: mix the glutinous rice flour with water to make glutinous rice paste, pour it into the boiled jujube water together with the beaten walnut paste, add rock sugar to boil, and constantly stir;
Step 4: until slightly sticky, add the jujube mud, mix well and turn off the heat. When drinking, you can add honey or not according to your personal preference.

Honey: right amount
Note: the last step to add jujube mud according to personal taste, add more jujube mud, drink more jujube flavor; add less, walnut taste more mellow. I personally prefer the latter.
