Step 10: roll from top to bottom; all shaping is completed, put in the baking pan, cover with plastic film, and carry out the second fermentation;
Step 11: brush the bread germ with a layer of egg liquid, and then sprinkle with white sesame;
Step 12: after preheating the oven at 180 degrees, place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. When coloring the bread, cover it with tin foil;
Step 13: after the bread comes out of the oven, let it cool slightly, cut it in half with a serrated knife (don't cut it at the bottom), then put lettuce and ham sausage on it, and squeeze on the salad dressing.
