Self drying cowpea
Introduction:
"Autumn in Guangdong is different from that in the north. It's hotter in the daytime and cooler in the morning and evening. It's a bit like being in Yunnan! The sunlight during the day is still so beautiful, sweeping away the coolness of the night. Occasionally, the autumn wind sweeps the fallen leaves, which is also a poem they are chanting: "falling red is not a merciless thing, turning into spring mud to protect flowers more"! Dried cowpea, a healthy self-made product with the flavor of sunshine, can be easily cooked and dried. Thank you very much for the method provided by the master of "amorous feelings cook" so that I can apply what I have learned. I don't have to call my mother again to ask her! "
Production steps:
Step 1: the raw materials are shown in the figure
Step 2: rinse the fresh cowpea with water.
Step 3: add more than half of the cold water to the pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt, eat half a teaspoon of soda (which can effectively prevent the cowpea from blackening after drying) and bring to a boil. Put the cowpea into the pot and cook for two or three minutes respectively. Observe the cowpea softening and smell the cowpea fragrance.
Step 4: soak the cooked cowpeas in cold water until cool
Step 5: Hang each cowpea symmetrically on the hanger, don't hang too much, leave space between each cowpea.
