Production steps:
Step 1: (this is my formula) ingredients: 230g low flour, 100g sugar, 60g honey, 6 eggs, 30g corn oil, proper amount of sesame. Beat the eggs into an oil-free and water-free bowl. Add honey and sugar.
Step 2: add water to the pot, turn off the heat, and put the egg basin in (the original formula is to directly pour the hot water into a large basin, and then put the egg basin).
Step 3: use the egg beater to quickly beat until the egg is thick and the volume is increased by five or six times. The egg is not easy to drop. This process takes about ten minutes.
Step 4: sift the low flour and add it to the egg paste in several times. Stir to make it mixed evenly.
Step 5: add corn oil in several times and stir well.
Step 6: pour into 2 / 3 of the mold (mine is a little full).
Step 7: Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 8: a total of 6 small pieces and one strip of all the materials are made (as shown in Figure 7 and figure 8). (6 small ones) 160 degrees, middle, fire up and down, 18 minutes. (long baked BUN) 160 degrees, lower layer, 40 minutes later moved to the middle layer, baked for 10 minutes. Please adjust the time according to your oven, don't copy it mechanically.

Please adjust the baking time according to the amount of batter and mold size. 3. Whipping of egg liquid. Because the whole egg liquid is not easy to pass, it should be passed through hot water. 4. Stir the batter up and down, not defoaming. 5. Do not leave when baking. Cover with tin foil after coloring to avoid burning.
