Roasted chestnuts
Introduction:
"I went to other places for 16 days. In these 16 days, I have been living without Internet. The first thing to go home is to turn on the computer and look at the food website. It's a pity that I can't find the feeling of coming to the food website.... I even forgot my ID and password. I didn't feel like I made my own recipes when I saw them, and I didn't feel like I was in the mood to send them. I've been back for a few days, but I still can't find the feeling of sending recipes. When I talked about this with my friends, they said I was too tired and let me have more rest. They also suggested that I look at other people's recipes first. Maybe it's really too tired, the body is tired, the heart is also tired, I can't calm down to do anything..... The chestnuts were given by relatives. They said they were wild and pure green food with natural sweetness. They brought a few kilos back when they were not easy to bring. The main reason was that they had too many delicious things to send. They were always put in the refrigerator to be afraid of insects. My daughter wanted to eat chestnuts and was not in the mood to cook. So I baked chestnuts. It was also the first recipe after I lost my relatives. Let's keep it as a souvenir. Chestnut is warm and sweet in nature. It has the functions of nourishing stomach and spleen, tonifying kidney and tendons, promoting blood circulation and hemostasis, relieving cough and resolving phlegm. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that brown sugar is warm in nature, and has the effects of removing blood stasis and promoting body fluid, dispersing cold and promoting blood circulation, warming stomach and spleen, and relieving pain. So this product is suitable for autumn and winter
