Mango Cheese Pudding
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak gelatine tablets in ice water in advance.
Step 2: put sugar in the milk pot.
Step 3: add cream and milk.
Step 4: heat the sugar over low heat until the sugar melts, then turn off the heat without boiling.
Step 5: after the flameout, put in the pickled gelatine, and constantly stir until the gelatine melts.
Step 6: melt the gelatine and cool the milk pan with ice water.
Step 7: when waiting for the cooked milk to cool down, peel the mango and mix it into mango puree with a blender; then put the cooled milk into two small spoonfuls and mix with mango puree until it is liquid.
Step 8: pour the mango puree into the cooled milk and mix well,
Step 9: sift the Mango Cheese twice and pour into the pudding cup.
Step 10: refrigerate for more than 3 hours, then add mango pudding to the pudding.

Milk: 250g
Gilding tablets: 8g
Mango puree: 200g
Fine granulated sugar: 35g
Diced mango: right amount
Note: after the milk and sugar melt, it can be turned off when it is slightly hot. Remember not to boil the milk; too hot milk will make the gelatinization effect of gilding lose.
