Production steps:
Step 1: remove the yellow leaves of spinach and clean it. It's better to choose small spinach, which is not delicious.
Step 2: spinach contains oxalic acid, so blanch it with boiling water.
Step 3: squeeze the blanched spinach dry, cut it into 4cm long sections, drop in sesame oil and mix well.
Step 4: Mix 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp vinegar.
Step 5: pour the ground ripe peanuts into spinach, sprinkle with salt and mix with peanut butter.
Step 6: mix spinach with peanut butter.

Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Note: spinach is rich in oxalic acid, so it is best to blanch before cooking to reduce the oxalic acid content.
