Production steps:
Step 1: weigh the raw materials.
Step 2: add water, salt, sugar, whole egg liquid, high flour and yeast respectively.
Step 3: from the menu of the bread maker, select "mix flour" to start the bread maker and start to mix flour. Here I repeat it for 30 minutes (the flour is very sticky, and flour was added once in the middle).
Step 4: add butter and start the flour mixing procedure again. Because there is no film, repeat it again for another 30 minutes (still sticky, adding flour again).
Step 5: the mixed dough is not smooth. It's still sticky. I don't have the patience to toss. That's it.
Step 6: put it in a barrel, ferment it to twice the size at room temperature, stick it with your fingers, poke a hole, and the hole will not retract or collapse. The weather in Guangdong at noon yesterday was about 30 degrees, so room temperature fermentation only took 1 hour.
Step 7: take out the fermented dough to exhaust, knead it into the size of the original dough, divide it into 3 parts, and wake up for 10 minutes.
Step 8: pull the long pieces with your hand, please ignore their ugly appearance (rolling pin can't be used at all, sticky).
Step 9: start at one end, roll up the dough, tuck it down, and put it in the bread bucket.
Step 10: turn the menu to fermentation function, ferment the dough to twice the size, or fill the bread barrel with 7 or 8 points.
Step 11: turn the menu to the baking function. The default time of the toaster is 1 hour (it can increase or decrease the time, I used 40 minutes), and light color. After choosing the right time and color, start the toaster.
Step 12: baked bread. After the bread is baked, put on the heat-insulating gloves, turn it slightly counterclockwise, take out the bread barrel, cool it for about 15 minutes, pour out the bread and put it on the clean cutting board to cool.
