Production steps:
Step 1: soak mung beans for more than four hours.
Step 2: wash and soak glutinous rice overnight.
Step 3: take a pot and spread glutinous rice under it.
Step 4: spread mung beans on the rice.
Step 5: wash the jujube and kumquat, steam the glutinous rice together.
Step 6: put cold water into the steamer, turn to medium heat and steam for about 20 minutes.
