Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: steam the purple potatoes and stir them into mud
Step 2: divide the flour and glutinous rice flour into two parts, one part less, add purple potato paste, add sugar to both parts (personal preference), add yeast, and knead them into a ball. Then wake up for a while.
Step 3: make both copies even
Step 4: roll the two portions flat (preferably rectangular), and add a layer of honey (with or without honey)
Step 5: fold the two pieces together and roll them gently.
Step 6: go to the side
Step 7: cut it in half, fold it together and roll it flat (you can also add honey in the middle)
Step 8: cut several times and stack as shown in the figure. Roll it gently.
Step 9: cut into small pieces (not too thin, keep shape)
Step 10: if you don't add one piece, you need to turn 180 degrees. There is a color difference, just like a chessboard.
Step 11: make it look like this, at least five for each
Step 12: cut each in half
Step 13: put it in the pot and wake up for about 10 minutes. Then steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Yeast: right amount
Note: 1, sugar can add a little more, I added a lot, eat very sweet. 2. After boiling the yeast with warm water, let it stand for about 5 minutes. It's best to ferment in water, so fast. Heat half a pot of water, the temperature is just hot, and then put the dough in a bowl.
