Breakfast with tomato and egg noodles
Introduction:
"She often makes this kind of noodles, which is one of the girl's favorite breakfasts. She loves pasta, which is very similar to me. As long as it's noodles and breakfast, she can eat a lot. My parents often order breakfast when they stay here. It's such a home-made classic delicacy, but I haven't been on the menu. I think it's a pity. Today, I'd like to sort it out and upload it to share with you ~ ~ it's the best to roll noodles by myself. The noodles I roll are too ugly and different in thickness, so I have to buy ready-made ones. Now there are all kinds of handmade noodles on the market, which is very convenient and saves a lot of time
Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: hand rolled noodles, eggs, tomatoes, onions.
Step 2: peel the tomato and cut it into pieces, wash the scallion, cut the head and tail into pieces, break the egg and stir it into egg liquid.
Step 3: Boil 4-5 times more water than the noodles in one pot, put the water into the noodles after boiling, and keep boiling until all the noodles float.
Step 4: the ingredients can be processed in the process of cooking noodles: heat the pan with proper amount of oil, pour down the egg liquid and quickly disperse it into irregular egg flakes. The best taste is to fry it until it is golden.
Step 5: heat the original pot again, pour down the scallion stem and stir fry the tomato.
Step 6: stir fry until the tomatoes are soft, add some water and cook until the sand is out, then add salt.
Step 7: add a little chicken powder.
