Fried diced pork
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: food preparation.
Step 2: wash and dice cucumber, dice pork tenderloin, yellow fly red peanuts, Chinese prickly ash and dry pepper into a small bowl.
Step 3: put proper amount of soy sauce, pepper and starch into the diced meat. If it's too dry, add some vegetable oil. Put soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, starch and salt in a bowl to make thin sauce.
Step 4: heat the oil in the pot, add the diced meat and stir fry until discolored.
Step 5: add proper amount of oil, then add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant.
Step 6: add diced cucumber and stir fry.
Step 7: pour in the diced meat and continue to stir fry.
Step 8: pour in the sauce and bring to a boil. Then pour in the peanuts and stir fry. Take the sauce and start the pot.
Step 9: pack and eat
Materials required:
Cucumber: Half Root
Pork loin: 200g
Huangfeihong peanut: moderate amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Starch: appropriate amount
Vinegar: moderate
Oyster sauce: right amount
Sugar: right amount
Black pepper: right amount
Vegetable oil: right amount
Salt: right amount
Ginger: 1 piece
Note: 1, HuangFei red peanut is spicy, with this stir fry, no longer another pepper and dry pepper. 2. Make sure the sauce is thinner. This one is a little thicker for me.
