Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials;
Step 2: dice bamboo shoots, mushrooms and pork;
Step 3: cut tofu into large pieces, add salt and yellow rice wine to marinate it, let it taste in advance, and remove its beany smell;
Step 4: coat the tofu with cornstarch;
Step 5: put it into the pan and fry until the six sides are golden. Add the Diced Pork and continue to fry until the end;

Step 7: put sweet flour sauce into the pot;
Step 8: add more yellow rice wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce, proper amount of water, high heat, boil, turn off medium low heat, simmer for 5 minutes;
Step 9: pour in sesame oil before leaving the pot and serve on a plate.
