Production steps:
Step 1: Pumpkin, remove the flesh, wash

Step 9: put the stirred batter in a warm place and ferment it to twice the original volume (if the container needs to be changed during steaming, it is better to transfer the batter to a new container before fermentation; if it is transferred after fermentation, it needs to continue to ferment in a new container for 10-15min)
Step 10: cut the jujube in half and place it on the batter
