Microwave biscuit (Merlot)
Introduction:
"The first time I tried to make biscuits, no oven, no butter, with the most local materials, I could make delicious biscuits. It's just the last oven
Production steps:
Step 1: main raw materials
Step 2: 1 egg, add white granulated sugar in three times, and beat to twice the original volume
Step 3: pour the beaten egg liquid into the cooking oil, and continue to beat until you can feel resistance and a light yellow paste
Step 4: mix Nestle Merlot and pastry powder evenly (I use self-made pastry powder with baking powder). You can also use flour or low gluten flour instead, but add extra baking powder.)
Step 5: pour the mixed powder into the egg paste, cut and mix well
Step 6: finally knead into dough
Step 7: take out the rotary table of the microwave oven, clean it, wipe it dry, evenly spread a thin layer of oil, divide the dough into small dosage forms, press it into small cakes on the palm, and put it on the rotary table
Step 8: put it in the microwave oven, bite it for one minute, take it out and turn it over
Step 9: bite for another minute and take out to cool

Self made cake powder: 130g
