Production steps:
Step 1: lean pork: cut into thin slices, stir well with half a spoonful of daxida barbecue sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of raw soy sauce, 1 spoonful of cooking wine, 1 spoonful of starch and 1 spoonful of vegetable oil, and marinate for more than 10 minutes.
