Production steps:

Step 9: cut mushrooms and Yuzhu into pieces and put them together with other materials.

Step 11: knead and exhaust the fermented dough. This process takes about 10 minutes.
Step 12: knead the dough into long round strips and cut into evenly sized tablets.
Step 13: flatten the preparation by hand, roll it into a round bun skin with a slightly thick middle and a slightly thin edge, fill in an appropriate amount of stuffing in the middle, first fold the dough inward at the beginning, then glue the left and right sides of the dough in turn, and finally stick the tail tightly.
Step 14: put the wrapped wheat bales on the oiled drawer and wake up again for 15 minutes, then open fire and steam for 10 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes and get out of the pot.
