Production steps:

Step 4: when the dough is fermented to twice the size, take it out; re exhaust, knead round, relax for 5 minutes;
Step 5: stretch the dough after relaxation, knead it into a smooth cylinder, and divide it into small flour
Step 6: roll the dough into 0.5cm thick slices, each with a diameter of 8-10cm
Step 7: roll the dough into dough, fold 6 dough together, align the middle line. --- overlay 6 pieces of dough as shown in the figure
Step 8: use a chopstick to press out a center line vertically in the middle of the dough

But next time, I don't need amaranth juice as a natural pigment, because next time, I'll try adding purple potato paste or pumpkin paste. I wanted to make yellow rose, but I wanted pumpkin.
