Step 13: bring the water to a boil
Step 14: cover and boil Tremella for about two hours
Step 15: stew Tremella for two hours, put in the lotus seeds and continue to simmer for about one hour
Step 16: after lotus seed stewing for about an hour, the dessert is ready to be served (if the sweetness is not enough, put some rock sugar in the end, and put it in the refrigerator for better taste)
