Production steps:
Step 1: wash, peel, slice and steam the purple potato. After cooling, knead it into mud, put in yeast, sugar and flour, mix well, use milk and smooth dough, cover with plastic film and ferment for 20 minutes.
Step 2: put the dough on the chopping board sprinkled with flour, fully knead and press out the air inside, take a piece of flour and divide it into large, medium and small parts.
Step 3: knead three small doses into strips of small fingers.
Step 4: roll the strip in an S-shape from both ends to the middle.
Step 5: roll the noodles to the middle with chopsticks.
Step 6: cut the four corners with a scraper.
Step 7: stack the dough rolls in order from large to small.
Step 8: put a jujube in the middle, press down, and the flowers will be in full bloom. Put the green body in the steamer for 20 minutes.
