Production steps:
Step 1: mix all the seasonings together, according to your own taste, soy sauce should be more, salt can be added according to your own situation, or not.
Step 2: put the drumsticks into the container with mixed seasoning, almost foam the drumsticks, and put them in the refrigerator to marinate for one night. If you have time, you can marinate them for two days to taste better.
Step 3: put a baking curtain on the baking plate, place the chicken legs on it, leave a little space for each other, and then wrap the chicken legs and the baking plate with a large piece of tin foil, so as not to let the water evaporate too much, and put them into the oven 400F.
Step 4: after 40 minutes, turn the chicken leg up and down, then wrap the baking tray with tin foil and put it back into the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5: if you like the tender meat, take it out and eat it; if you like it a little harder, open the tin foil, lower the temperature to 175f and continue to bake for 5-10 minutes.
