"It's a good meal for detoxification and digestion. Corn can expel a variety of external toxic substances from the body. Pepper has antibacterial and detoxification effects
Production steps:
Step 1: dice all the raw materials and cut the cashew nuts. There are no Chaotian pepper and Hangjiao at home. I use green pepper and dry pepper instead. Cashew nuts can also be replaced by walnuts
Step 2: heat the pan, pour in peanut oil, and then add onion and ginger to stir fry
Step 3: pour in the diced meat and stir fry until it turns white
Step 4: pour in corn kernels (if walnut kernels need to be put together with corn kernels) and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add green and red pepper kernels and stir fry for about 1 minute
Step 5: add cashew nuts, stir fry quickly and add chicken essence
Step 6: turn off the fire and load the plate. A spicy stir fry is ready
