Production steps:
Step 1: divide the mung bean stuffing into 5 parts and knead it into a small round cake, the same size as the breakfast cake.
Step 2: sandwich the mung bean stuffing with two breakfast cakes
Step 3: break up the eggs, add starch and water to make a starch paste.
Step 4: dip the mung bean cake evenly with starch paste
Step 5: heat the pan and pour in the vegetable oil (not too much, more than usual)
Step 6: put the wrapped mung bean cake into the oil pan, fry it for 15 seconds on both sides, and then fry it for 15 seconds with chopsticks.

Starch: 3 tbsp
Water: 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil: right amount
Note: fried time should not be too long, as long as the eggs in the hot oil quickly expand, the breakfast cake and mung bean stuffing tightly wrapped together. Oil temperature need not be too high, medium fire is enough. Mung bean filling method can refer to the previous recipe.
