Production steps:
Step 1: wash the tofu and control the moisture
Step 2: cut the dried tofu into half centimeter thick pieces
Step 3: cut garlic into small pieces
Step 4: chopped red pepper and garlic
Step 5: put about 50g oil into the pan (actual consumption is 10g), put dried tofu into the oil pan and fry it over high heat
Step 6: fry the tofu until both sides are golden yellow, then take it out and keep it on fire all the time, because the oil inhaled by the tofu will be less. If you use tofu with large water content, you need to fry it for a long time! Take another oil-free pot and pour the dried tofu into the oil-free pot!
Step 7: add garlic moss, red pepper, Pixian Douban and stir fry a little
Step 8: add a bowl of water mixed with soy sauce and salt
Step 9: after the soup is dried, add chopped garlic
Step 10: add black sesame, five spice powder and cumin powder before leaving the pot
